2018 Honda CBR250R Hui Launch, Yamaha Fazer 25 will be competing

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India have updated its new 2018 Honda CBR250R on the company's website. The company has kept its standard variants worth 1.63 lakh rupees and ABS variants worth Rs 1.93 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The updated CBR 250R was introduced during the auto expo 2018 last month. This bike has a new style, new features and a BS-IV engine with the device.

The option of Dual Channel ABS given:

The new Honda CBR250R has a full LED headlamps, updated instrument console, and a new racing mixer at the front. Apart from this, 17 inch Matte Blake Eloy Wheels have been given on the bike. The further 110mm tire and the back of the 140mm tubeless rubber tires are given. Speaking of Suspension, Telescopic Front Forks and Rear Pro-Link Monoshock have been given. The company has given the option of dual channel ABS feature in this bike.

Engine equipped with fuel injection system:

Speaking of power specification, the bike has 249.60cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, 4-valve, DOHC engine equipped with PGM-fuel injection (FI) system. This engine generates a power of 26.15bhp at 8500 rpm and torque of 22.9 Nm at 7000 rpm. The engine is equipped with the 6-speed gearbox. The top speed of the bike is 135kmph.

Why the production of CBR 250R was closed:

Honda Two-Wheeler had closed production of CBR250R and CBR150R in May 2017, as they were not equipped with BS-IV engines. Now about 10 months later, the company has launched the updated CBR 250R. However, it has not been clear from the company that the 150cc model will be relaunched or not.

Yamaha Fazer will compete with 25:

The Honda CBR 250R will compete with Yamaha Phaser 25. Yamaha's bike has 4 strokes, 2 valves, air-cooled, single cylinder, 249cc engine. This engine gives the power of 20.9PS and the torque of 20Nm. This engine is equipped with the BS IV emission standard. The price of this bike has been kept at 128,335 rupees (ex-showroom Mumbai). Dual headlamps and single LED headlamp clusters have been provided in Faszer 25 such as the 150cc version. Finger 25 with rear suspension monochrome and 41mm telescopic forks are placed front with a diamond type framolt bolt. Along with this lightweight alloy has 100/80 sections in the front and 140/70 sec tubeless tires in the rear. Disc Brack units have been installed on both front and back.
