How to use two WhatsApp accounts on a single mobile

A few days ago we told you how to convert audios to text messages on WhatsApp and today we bring you another interesting trick for Android users. There is a serious shortage in WhatsApp, which is that it does not allow us to create two WhatsApp accounts, rather, it does not allow two accounts to be run at the same time on the same device. And it is logical because each WhatsApp account must be related to a phone number. While this is the normal way to work, an interesting trick has now been discovered to open two WhatsApp accounts on the same phone. This bug is present from Android Lollipop 5.0 onwards.

Trick to use 2 WhatsApp in 1 mobile phone only This trick can be applied from the higher versions to Android Lollipop, and basically allows us to create several WhatsApp accounts on the same mobile. The idea is that each user of the phone can use their WhatsApp if it is shared among several people. Follow these steps to add a second account:

1. Open the Android notification bar.
2. At the top right you will see a circle with your picture or the shape of a human.
3. Click here, and you will see the option to create a new Android user account.
4. Click on New Account, then once there you can download WhatsApp. That second copy of WhatsApp will be downloaded to your Android to the session of the second user, not to the main one. You can associate the same Gmail account of the main perèl with this second, it will work in the same way. Ready, now you should have your second WhatsApp open and ready to work natively on Android.

At the moment of running WhatsApp on your second account, you will try to send a code via SMS, so you must have that other cell phone on hand to validate the account, as Android accounts are associated if or if with phone numbers. All ready! Did you expect more? No, at this point your second Dual Whatsapp account should be active and running without problems. This tip does not work on Samsung Smartphones, and while there are many tutorials that tell you how to do it using My Knox, the truth is that this other way of having a dual WhatsApp on Android seems to be discontinued.
